Kyiv is probably founded 482 AD and was the first capital of Russia – at that time Kievan Rus in 870’ies
Kyiv is large, 2,9 million inhabitants
Kyiv is great, lots of monasteries, pubs, monuments and museums
Kyiv is cheap, you can get a 0,5 litre draft beer for a few UAH
